Hello, welcome to our bed and breakfast site. Our B & B is just on the out skirts of Carlow Town & just a 10 minute walk from the centre of town where you will find an array of restaurants, cafe bars, pubs and nightclubs as well as the two large shopping centers and wonderful boutiques, mostly
for the ladies.

Our B & B has been in business since 1991 and is run by my husband Pat and myself Noeleen.
We have been lucky enough to make many friends over the years through the guests that return back to our home time and time again.

Our house is also close to the Rugby club, the Football club, Carlow Golf club, the Tennis club and Oak Park where the ploughing championships are held. Carlow is full of historic sites to see with the Dolmen, Carlow courthouse, the cathedral and local art shows as well as the egise arts festival held every summer.
